WVHTA 2026 Golf Tournament
Please join us June 7-8 at Oglebay in Wheeling for our 2026 WVHTA Golf Tournament. Players can enjoy a welcome reception Sunday, June 7th at 6 p.m. during Oglebay’s Sunday Funday Concert Series. Practice rounds are also available on Sunday by contacting the pro shop and mentioning the WVHTA Golf Tournament. The tournament will have a shotgun start at 10 a.m. on the Palmer Course on Monday, June 8th followed by an awards picnic. Prizes will include rounds of golf and lodging at West Virginia’s best courses and travel attractions.
Registration for a foursome in the WVHTA Golf Tournament is $600. This includes the welcome reception on Sunday for all four players, tournament round of golf on Monday, beverages on the course, awards picnic, prizes, gifts, and much more.

2026 WVHTA Legislative Reception
Please join us on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, for our WVHTA Legislative Reception on Tourism Day at the Capitol in Charleston. The reception will will begin at 5:00 p.m. in the Culture Center. Please be sure to register for this wonderful networking event that will feature excellent food and beverages from across the state.
If you are a restaurant, hotel, resort, brewery, or food purveyor we would love to have you participate in the reception to showcase your business's specialties. This is a great opportunity to market your food and beverages to lawmakers, key tourism professionals, and local businesses. Please review page two of the registration form to include your best dishes, appetizers, small plates, or beverages! Space is limited.
Please complete either the general or food/beverage portion of the form and return it to no later than January 23, 2026 to confirm your attendance. Please be sure to return a copy of this form for EACH person who plans to attend from your organization.
